I recently worked ans an egg collector at Filwood farm which I was employed at for 5+yrs.

I was also promoted to 3rd in charge, but due to personal circumstances out of my control, I asked if I could take a break from the position. My duties required me to take charge during the week/weekends in the absence of the Manager, arrange staff into their positions for the day, follow up on day to day routine operations, uphold Inghams procedures (biosecurity), enter data into mtech, collect eggs if the need arises, sitework and or anything relevant to complete daily routine within a timely manner. I started as an egg collector and through my reliability managed to excel into my role as a farm assistant which I held for the remaining 3yrs working with this company.
