I played chess competitively for three years in high school, representing my school at the national level in Nelson, where our team secured third place. Chess has since become a daily passion of mine, with much of my time spent solving complex chess puzzles to sharpen my skills.
I began playing cricket in Year 7, where I achieved the distinction of being the leading wicket-taker in Auckland. In Year 9, I joined Western District and continued to play competitively until Year 13. Although I paused regular play upon entering university, I have remained active in the sport by participating in various community tournaments.
