This role saw me hold five year contracts to GWF (NZ) Baking.

Contracts held were Auckland - Hamilton, Auckland - Whangarei. Within this role I was responsible for all day to day operations including:

• assessing and hiring of new drivers
• driver management and training
• working under pressure in a seven day operation
• providing leadership to drivers and ensuring all safety protocols were met or exceeded
• operating within set time frames and within budgets
• ability to be flexible, in order to meet the operational needs beyond the set contract
• management of maintenance and replacement schedule of line haul fleet
• identification and implementation of continuous improvements to achieve effective asset optimisation
