Responsibilities & Achievements:

  • Part of the ELT team that helped guide the company to a successful merger with an Australian business, providing support for all necessary information required for the sale.
  • Hit company revenue and EBITDA targets in the first.
  • Increased EBITDA by 10% in the second year.
  • Increased MRR in the first year by $45k and more doubled this to $95k in the second year.
  • Achieved retention and renewal of our 3 largest contracts totalling in excess of $300k MRR.
  • Managed sales forecasting and budgeting processes for financial planning.
  • Hired new talent for account managers, directors, and new business teams.
  • Presented monthly sales reports to senior management, emphasizing key insights.
  • Revamped and streamlined sales processes and pipeline management, enhancing efficiency and reducing turnaround times within the current systems available.

  • Starting, growing, and training our APAC sales and customer service team.
  • Setting and executing a sales growth plan for a 6 year planned growth period.
  • Working with HQ Marketing team to establish marketing plans for market penetration.
  • Growing our customer base from ~50 existing customers (that were managed from UK previous) to 2000+.
  • Launching NZ and AU e-commerce websites.

  • Top sales-person in the store every quarter through my entire time with the exception of my first quarter starting.
  • Launch the first iPhone - O2 has an exclusive contract in the UK to be the only carrier in the UK selling iPhones.
