I am a Friendly, enthusiastic and professional individual with good communication skills, looking for the opportunity for further work experience in a challenging and fast paced environment. My peers consider me very reliable; I am self-driven and able to work to deadlines. I can work as an individual where required and as part of a team as either a team leader or as a team member.
Some of my main responsibilities in the role includes, reception, maintenance, retail work, housekeeping and keyholder tasks.
Communication- Strong levels of both verbal and written communication demonstrated working in a fast-paced contact centre.
Problem Solving- I can use my problem solving skills to find solutions in difficult scenarios. Helping passengers rebook their flights in mass disruption was a key task whilst working at British Airways.
Motivated- From working multiple jobs I always strive to excel in my role. During my time at GAME, I was able to help contribute towards making the Metrocentre branch the number one store for sales and revenue across the UK.
Leadership and management- Showing initiative, making decisions and taking responsibility were all important attributes while working as an assistant manager in retail.
