· Assessed residents' health needs, developed care plans, and implemented nursing interventions.

· Administered medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols and documented appropriately.

· Monitored residents' vital signs, symptoms, and reactions to medications, and reported changes to appropriate staff.

· Maintaining crash cart, controlled and narcotic drugs.
