Working as a leader for 20+ years in the hospitality industry has given me the opportunity to work with and mentor a range of people from age to cultures, those with physical disabilities to those with mental disabilities, community leaders to business leaders. My role has been most rewarding as well as challenging but knowing that as a leader I have made an positive impact in their lives, has opened my mind and heart to appreciate all walks of life and to interact and build long lasting connections
