• Push timber over and remove fillers for team member feeding in
• Feed in timber down the line through paint machine safetly for team members on chain
• Lift timber off the chain after being painted and stack on to Frame
• Fillet each row after team members on the chain stack each frame ,remove Frame and put next frame in.
• Check microns of timber is within company requirements for customer .
• Set machine jets so the correct thickness is applied to timber and is fully covered.

• Repaired,organized, and matained reject packets and peices to save company money on waste timber products.
• Repaired timber sent to rework area from packing bay 1&2 containing defects (raised grain,splits,tear out ,cheking and damage ect ready for repaint .
• Managed multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail throughout the packing process.
• Maintained a clean and organized workspace.(current reject area)
