Leads the development of technical group ( under Casing & Packaging Parts ) for the preparation of new model.

Evaluates inspection data results of plastic parts, stamping parts and printer packaging parts which undergone Initial Part Approval , 4M Variation and Special Acceptance.

Conduct parts assembly evaluation to terminal printer to check its performance.

Initiates necessary changes to technical drawings through Cadra, Pro/ENGINEER or SOLID DESIGNER software based from the engineering analysis performed on the actual item for better quality result.

Conducts analysis in production line during defect occurrence; other trouble shooting.

Performs design changes on printer parts profile for better function of printer and easy assembly process in Assembly Line.

Designs and evaluates new possible parts for printer improvement.

Checks, reviews and monitors Supplier’s process with reference to EPPI standards.

Checks, reviews and monitors Supplier’s countermeasure and corrective actions for the discrepancy parts.

Responsible for the design and generation of jig for inspection and assembly process.

Responsible for the design and development of Packaging for Parts that will be exported to EPSON Sales offices.

Conducts the Transport Assessment Procedure (Drop Test, Vibration Test and High & Low Temperature Test) for packaged printer unit and mainly responsible for the maintenance and operation of those machines.

Provides evaluation report to problems encountered in Transport Assessment Procedure and make necessary countermeasures.

Plans and make accurate inspection procedures for printer parts that can be use both by EPPI and its suppliers.

Provides Quality Assurance documents such; Initial Parts Approval, 4M Variation Change, Technical Notice and Work Instruction

Gathers data for Technical presentation during management meetings to represent Parts Engineering Department in departmental reports
