Im a very passionate person when it comes to Aluminium joinery, in the 17 years ive been in the industry there is not alot i havent done from making standard joinery to special out of box joinery or from leading little teams to 22 man teams. Transparency is key to succeeding in any any role ive had. I thrive on a challenge to utilise my attention to detail and problem solving skills no problem or issue is to small or big to be fixed. I have made alot of mistakes in the industry to have learned and perfected these mistakes and excelled off them. Im punctual, tidy, timely and very quick learner
