• Negotiate with Sub con, Architect, Engineer and Consultant in terms of design issue ad matters. Find solution on Design Problems or situations at any circumstances.
• Draw Shop Drawing from Tender stage up to As-built stage when its necessary.
• Do fabrication drawing for the team and sub-con if its

required.

• In charge in designing Curtain-wall, Shopfronts, louver,canopy, cladding, doors and windows, skylight, cladding and etc. using specific systems from tender stage, shop drawing, up to As-built.
• Responsible in making manufacturing/fabrication drawing for production use.
• Liaise with architect, Main contractor, Consultant and site people it relation with design matters.
• Do RFI and coordination with Architect and Main contractor.
• Do site visit and assist site measurement and check site installation just to make it goes as its plan and designed.

• Leading the development and design of all aspects of Miller Design projects including, but not exhaustively, windows and doors, facade, cladding etc
• Lead the design process for all facets of projects
• Liaison with architects/clients with respect to specification/design work
• Manage and at the same time do the entire process of shop drawings
• Take the leadership in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of factory sheet within the team
• To assist within the team effective site measuring and do site visit from time to time.

• Duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible in making Shop drawings of different curtain wall system, unitized system, stick system, custom design system design, cladding and stone facade, skylight, metal and glass canopies, louvers, cable system glazing, spiders, windows and doors design
• Do fabrication drawings and material take-off
• Make 3D Modelling for complicated geometry facade

• Responsible in making tender drawings of curtainwall system(unitized and stick curtainwall), custom design system, ACP cladding, skylight,metal and glass canopies and etc.
• Draw shop drawing up to As-built drawing. (partial elevation, details, cast-in and embeds layout, bracket setting out, general plans and elevation etc.
• Do fabrication drawing, work order, job material list for fabrication.
• Make RFI to maincon and architect, responses to queries of sub contractor.

• Responsible in making detailed design curtain wall drawings, do material take-off, fabrication drawings.

• Draw production drawing for the curtain wall frames.
• Prepare materials take-off of glass, aluminium and accessories.
• Prepare cutting list of glass and aluminium for fabrication.
• Prepare fabrication drawing and material request list.
• Draw curtain wall detailing of shop drawing for architects and engineers approval.

• Responsible on quantification of architectural works like glazed curtain wall, aluminium composite cladding, louvers, aluminium doors and windows
• Coordinate with project jobsite regarding project schedule and to design & engineering regarding shop drawing details and status
• Prepare the material indent for procuring the material needed in each project
• Preparation of fabrication drawing based on jobsite verified measurement
• Scheduling and monitoring of materials delivery to project jobsite
• Conduct weekly inspection to ensure coordination to project jobsite
• Monitoring of production status based on schedule.

• Make material take-off, cost estimates of glass and aluminium product, windows and doors, fixed glass, canopy, roll-up door and more
• Negotiate with contractor engineers, architect and client (owner) to discuss with their desired design, materials and specification to coordinate with our estimates
• Design door, windows, fixed glass, roll up door, canopy and all type of glass and aluminium fixtures that satisfy architectural requirements yet offer an affordable and reasonable price to costumers that will fit to their financial budget
• Prepare fabrication drawing for fabricator
• Prepare cutting list of glass and aluminium for fabrication, list also of accessories to be used
• Deals with different nationality (client) and adjust to their architectural needs based on their culture and styles.
