In this role I train health professionals hospital to recognise and support victims of intimate partner violence.

This role involved updating, reviewing and collating information on Health Pathways relevant to Allied Health, Scientific and Technical for all 3DHBs.

• Company Overview: Wellington Regional Hospital
• I worked across numerous hospital services during this time including the Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Department, Paediatrics and Women's Health. As a hospital Social Worker a significant part of the role was responding to acute and traumatic events for individuals and families.
• In this role, I led several projects including development and delivery of the Intimate Partner Violence Training for Social Workers across Hutt Valley and Capital Coast.

Barnardos Children's Supervised Access facilitated a safe environment where children could meet with their parent/s when there were allegations of abuse, violence or when the child/ren were in the care of Oranga Tamariki.
