Volunteering in medical outreaches.

I have worked with the national medical team of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Nigeria. I volunteered initially as an enabler and went on to the role of a volunteer nurse. This role involves; clerking and prescription of medications to patients, administering of IM and IV medications to patients, wound assessment and care, suturing skills, etc. I also volunteer with Mercy Said No Foundation and The Royal Wellness Foundation, America on medical mission trips to Nigeria. I have worked with them in the capacity of triage nurse and consultant. We take vital signs of patients, triage them for care and also give counselling.
