I have been doing HDA ATL work for the last couple of months and have enjoyed the learning experience and pushing myself in this role when i have had the opportunity to do it. I enjoy the role as i get to touch base and assist other agents to achieve job satisfaction in meeting their customers requests.

I have always loved being in a teaching environment but have also loved learning new things myself. My entire job history has always been in a team environment and all of the core values i learnt in the navy have stayed with me my entire job life. Being late is not something i can do i will always be on time, I have a strong work ethic and push myself to achieve as higher standard as possible, i am very goal orientated and get satisfaction from having goals that i need to strive for.

While I haven't been in the company that long i have so far enjoyed every experience and look forward to what is on offer as i continue in my 2degrees journey.
