Summary

Experienced Supervisor leading team members on-time job completion. Assign tasks, train employees, provide feedback, mediate interpersonal conflicts and implement company procedures. Excellent communication and listening skills. Provide leadership and vision which drives teams to meet goals.

Having worked in the conservation field for over 20 years now, I consider myself an ecologist. I have extensive wildlife and pest management experience and love what the work and experiences it gives me. I have been a certified dog handler for 13 years now. With dogs certified to indicate Kiwi, Whio, Kakī and Wrybill. I enjoy working with dog's and other people, who also work with dogs. My personal development plan has only ever listed

a desire to work toward becoming a certifier for the Conservation Dog Programme. This has started to become a reality in the last few months.
