  • Manage user accounts and licensing through Microsoft 365; responsible for manual account creation and ensuring licenses are applied correctly.
  • Maintain integration between KAMAR (student management system) and ADMS (Active Directory Management Services), ensuring student accounts sync correctly.
  • Implemented and maintain third-party service integrations with KAMAR, including syncing with Organize (school timetable platform).
  • Administer Google Workspace, including student password resets and troubleshooting login issues through KAMAR and ADMS syncing.
  • Coordinate school-wide IT events, including Esports tournaments, in collaboration with PB Tech and school leadership.
  • Assisted in the installation and configuration of equipment, streamlining operational efficiency.
  • Refurbish and donate computers/laptops to refugee students as part of a personal community support initiative in collaboration with the Deputy Principal.
  • Active member of the Tamaki Hub – a 2025 initiative aimed at supporting school leavers with pathways into employment and further training.

  • Configure and deploy devices using Microsoft Intune, including group policy setup and app deployment across staff and student machines.
  • Set up and manage Milestone camera systems, ensuring correct placement, access, and functionality.
  • Proactively monitor phishing and suspicious email threats; use Microsoft Defender’s Investigation Tool to contain and mitigate threats.
  • Manage print infrastructure by reserving static IP addresses to ensure devices remain consistently accessible.
  • Oversaw the migration of systems from Domain Controller to full Intune/cloud-based management.
  • Troubleshoot wireless access points (APs), identifying performance issues or connection failures.
