I launched The Phalanx Limited in 2019. We provided Home Maintenance Services for residential and commercial clients. The Phalanx was a medium I used to support homeless men. A form of Occupational Therapy, as well as an opportunity for me to engage with my Men personally identifying and understanding where they come from, and where they saw themselves in the futue. I built the Phalanx from the a sole trader. To a small yet successful team of 10 men. The Men I employed presented significant psychsocio and emotional needs. Which enabled me to be able to interpersonally journey with him.
