Hi, my name is Connie Clark. Iʼm a reliable and responsible person and enjoy playing racquet sports such as badminton and tennis. I also really love reading, cooking and making coffees. Iʼm a very “people” person having worked in multiple customer service jobs and have always worked in a team environment. Iʼm excited to take on any challenges in my future occupation to further my experience and knowledge.
My role here was to lead young children, occasionally adults, around on horses and ponies. During multiple occasions, I would be in charge of cash handling and managing customers. I would also ride horses alongside adults on treks.
My position at McDonaldʼs was as a Crew trainer. Somebody who helps train new and current crew in different areas around the store to further our stores performance and ensure everybody learns as much as they can. We also helped with choosing Crew Of Month, and help organize with events such as crew get togethers outside of work. I worked in both kitchen and front area (dealing with orders and interacting with customers). I was also part of cafe team in my second year and learnt cafe skills as well as calibrating and cleaning coffee skills.
This job was short term as it was only during voting month. My role was to lead voters to voting officers to help fill out their forms. If a voter didn't have an EasyVote card, it was my job to use work supplied phones to search their names and write one up for them. I would also help with organizing ballot papers after voting hours with manager and voting day, I helped with counting votes.
My role as an F&B attendant at this hotel was to work morning shifts and help with the buffet. Be it washing dishes, clearing and cleaning tables, as well as restocking buffet. Helping customers with anything as well as making coffees when receptionists are busy. After buffet, my coworkers would also clean whole buffet area and kitchen by vacuuming, mopping, taking out rubbish and recycling etc. F&B department also provides cooked lunch and morning tea for staff.
