Personal Statement: My experience working within profound disability, Adolescent Mental Health and Addictions services have fundamentally determined a clinical passion and future desire to refine competent nursing practice. Continuous experience and development of therapeutic nursing skills in both inpatient and community settings have only empowered my desire to work with Rangatahi of all backgrounds. With further passion to pursue evidence-based research regarding early development, Adverse Childhood Events, Trauma-Informed care and Attachment theory. I am an engaging and compassionate person that desires to work in a collaborative team to greater develop and distribute safe and efficient care.
