- The beef unit works in conjunction with this operation, utilising the byproduct from the vegetable processing factory and silage produced from the wastewater dispersal farm to fatten over 2000 store cattle/year.
- The complicated and varied role sees me working closely with the factory, contractors, stock agents, reps and our Farming Division to ensure our high standards are maintained.

- During my time, the farm achieved its record production season, downer cow numbers were halved, we developed the support block and staff retention greatly improved.
