I started working at Sorted I Logistics which is Kmart’s 3pl partner as a temp but after a month was made a permanent, picking orders. After another 2 months was hired by Kmart as part of their administration team. 1 year ago I was made supervisor.

Being the smallest Kmart DC in Australasia and being a small team we had to learn each other’s roles so we could cover each other, which doesn’t happen at other DC's. We still did between 10-12 40ft containers a day during peak.

• Prepared all documentation for unpacking overseas container

• Received, identified, and marked PnP products in their designated locations (average of 400 pallets/week)

• Managed all documentation from inwards receiving : booking, inspection report, packing slip, invoices

• Maintained Inventory - Cycle Count Report – Stock take

• Processed Export Hanger box return

• Processed Despatch Audit loads (between 200 to 300 lifts/day)

• Monitored daily picking orders

• Communicated effectively with diverse workforce

• Investigated and solved overseas order issues

• Investigated and Communicated with Store Managers queries

•. Finalist in the K awards held for all Australasian Kmart DC's the "Reaching Higher" award

worked at a Pharmaceutical warehous for 15 years covering many skills including inwards and outward goods, and supervising. The last 3 years I have been driving and doing warehouse duties, I enjoyed this very much getting out and meeting customers and being able to answer their query's with my extensive knowledge of the warehouse.

Probably the most responsible job I had there was when I was in charge of the control drug room which required a high degree of accuracy a stock take check once a week, I was in there for about 3 years.

Working at Printed Circuits also provided with experience as a process worker. Working on various machines, I was there for 16 years.
