Co-ordinate visits for supervised contact.
Build relationships with Court and OT
Manage a team of supervisors including doing rosters

Filing of court documents both electronically and hard copy

Keeping up to date information for Invoicing and monthly invoicing and sending out invoices once received back from accounts dept
Sending through staff hours for payroll
Answering queries re service or programme
Crisis intervention team - After hours role supporting victims of sexual assault.
Role involved: Survivor advocacy, Engaging and supporting Whanau,
Inter-agency engagement, Data input of Process analysis and implementation on computer, Phone queries on Crisis line overnight, Accurate and detailed record keeping and data entry on computer
system. Client follow up as and when required.
Sole charge of three staff,
Daily banking of monies received.
Helping to clean campers
Responsible for picking up and dropping off of clients to and from airport.
Arranging COF's and and repairs and maintenance of vehicle.
Greeting customers and making sure of their knowledge about insurances and explaining the fine print of their responsibilities.
Keeping accurate records for all vehicles and rental hires and entering of data into computer data base for parent company.
Handling of customer inquiries, following up of rental issues.
Sending information to parent company of staff hours for payroll.
Helped run programs for those suffering from Mental Illness
Preparing clients for integrating into the community, ie social skills as well as skills for taking care of themselves.
Running programs, ie: gardening, aqua walking, craft groups, women's group, self-expression and music.
Also involved with the production of our mini newsletter type magazine. Requirements of this role included:

I have a lot of life experiences that I can use to enhance any role I am successful at applying for. Whether it be having understanding of where people are or have been that has led to where they are now. Or situations they are finding difficulty in resolving.
I am also a Mother of two adult children who have faced their own challenges in life.
My husband who is of Maori descent, is becoming more involved with his local Iwi and Marae and I am in a supporting role and learning as I go.
