• Drafting build contracts and presenting them to clients for signing.
• Supporting strategic business decisions, including staff recruitment and contract planning.
• Maintaining health and safety systems, and ensuring on-site compliance.
• Handling daily accounts, back costing, payroll, invoicing, and reconciliations.

Provided front-line support in a fast-paced tax agency, assisting clients with enquiries, processing tax refund applications, and managing payment related issues. Regularly liaised with Inland Revenue and maintained clear, professional communication via phone, email, and social media.
