I have played Softball since I was 7 years old for club and school and played catcher, pitcher and base 1.

Stockcar racing is a favourite sport that our family has been involved in for quite a number of years. My experience is driving in the mini stock grade in Waharoa.

Holistic health & wellbeing is important in keeping a positive attitude and being surrounded by grief in the funeral industry its important to have a belief system to keep you optimistic and to get you through hard times.

Kapa haka is a passion and performed throughout my time through school which required commitment and perseverance and has extended into learning and performing with my whanau roopu.

Throughout the last 3 years Funeral directing has always been a career I've specialized in and learnt most aspects in a short period of time as I am always willing to upskill or learn more aspects within the company.

The love of people, the living and the deceased was the driving force behind my career and my development. Going back to study Te reo maori has helped to strengthen my cultural identity as well as embalming when I can to keep the knowledge alive.
