With over 16 years experience in Telecommunications, I have developed a keen attention to detail and a strong drive to get the job done, on time and beyond exacting standards, coupled with great communication skills and leadership. I have a knack for teaching and providing quality engagement, evident in my time as a trainer, helping my trainees to understand the industry at their learning level, quickly and efficiently, enabling their fast progression to being 'on the tools' independently. I pride myself on being punctual and efficient in all aspects of what I do. I have a positive, can do attitude which has contributed to the many positive relationships I have with people, professional or otherwise. I am enthusiastic and eager to contribute to team success through a great work ethic with the motivation to learn, grow and excel in any role. I have transferred this same ethos into the building industry, taking on an adult apprenticeship during the peak of Covid and currently in my 4th year of the training scheme.
