Moreover, I am an excellent listener. Which seems to be a lost art-form and skill, doesn't it.

The truth is I have far too many interests and hobbies to list. I am also writing a book titled; Optimal Health For The 21st Century And Beyond - living a life of vitality and joy. 

Health and exercise are very important to me and so I pay attention to what I eat, hydration and listen to my body. Moreover, I ensure to minimize screen time and exposure to Electromagnetic Fields {radiation}.
