Running, walks in nature, cooking, events planning

Weekends are my favourite time for both outdoor activities like hiking and walking and indoor activities like cooking and baking. For many years, I volunteered at churches and other organisations to help teenagers and children in need of trauma/ rape counselling, eating disorders and behaviour modification treatment, addiction and supported with feeding initiatives.
