BUSINESS ACHIEVEMENTS


  • Started and opened "THE HIIT CREW" gym in 2019 from scratch.
  • With in the first year crew the membership to 120 members
  • Currently holding over 175 active members
  • Run many successful challenges each year where clients have lost over 10kgs and become stronger and fitter.
  • Adapted to covid and gained more members through this period where we were able to make quick decisions adapting to circumstance.
  • Run successful outdoor community workouts outside of the gym.
  • We have had clients competing and winning in New Zealand National and local crossfit individual and team competitions.
  • We have members who have completed over 1000 classes and are shown on the honours board.


RUGBY ACHIEVEMENTS


  • Represented New Zealand age grade teams (u18s,19s and u20s). This included 2 x junior world cup champions (u19s and u20s and player of the Tournament for the u20 world cup).
  • Made Air New Zealand Cup (NPC) debut at the age of 18 in 2007 with the Wellington Lions.
  • Represented Wellington, Hawkes Bay and Auckland in the New Zealand provincial rugby comp.
  • Won the Ranfurly shield and started the match with Wellington Lions in 2009.
  • Won the NPC championship with Hawkes Bay in 2011, Wellington in 2016 and Auckland in 2017.
  • I played super rugby for the Hurricanes and Blues from 2009-2011 and 2018/2019
  • I played for Castres-Olympique in the French TOP 14 competition between 2011 - 2015.
  • French TOP 14 champions in 2011/2012 season and runners up in 2012/2013 season with Castres-Olympique
  • Represented Albi in the PRO D2 French competition in 2015/2016.
  • Retired from rugby in 2019.
