Working as a MHA(Menta Health Assistance) we are give a role to support and look after all patients that get admitted into our Mental Health facility. This includes attending all programs mens group, group walks cooking programs.

Our role is to support our whaiora to the best of their ability for them to stand on there own before transitioning back into community.

Working as an 8 men team is a must we do all security checks including welfare checks to other sites but main sit is waikato hospital 12hr shifts of 3 nights on 3 nights off we do late night lock ups and do 5 rounds of fleet vehical checks
