Daniela Rivas Mier

I am a dedicated and enthusiastic person with a desire for continuous learning and development. I have the ability to work in both team and individual settings and committed to make a positive contribution to the workplace. Hardworking, dependable and sociable.

Hostal La Fosca was my first work experience. Worked as a waitress in a small seafront hotel and restaurant. It taught me the basic skills needed in hospitality. Worked as a waitress and affirmed my passion for it.

Bar Verde was a different interesting experience in a small local restaurant; where my waitressing job was complemented by regular shifts in the kitchen. Taught me the importance of having an organized management team that can work well under pressure.
