I am looking for a full time position that is fulfilling, positive, and proud.
I have a passion for helping others and trying to make a difference in the world around me. I am a dedicated and hardworking person, eager to learn all new skills. I have over 4 years of working experience in hospitality and more than 3 years in retail - these roles have made me well-versed in exceptional customer service, processing sales, problem solving, multitasking, and adaptability.
In my spare time I enjoy being out in my garden growing fruit, herbs and flowers as well as gaming, and writing. I am very close with my family and friends, I would consider loyalty and devotion to be amongst my strongest traits. I am often described to have a friendly, and excitable personality.

Retail Assistant
Life Pharmacy
01.2022 - 12.2025
Company Overview: Retail pharmacy providing a range of care and product knowledge.
I Appreciate my opportunity to work in Pharmacy as it has given me an opportunity to be truly helpful in my community - being able to provide a range of care from those who quickly wanted a product and to be in-and-out or for those who needed a sympathetic ear and/or to be heard.
Retail pharmacy has taught me a lot about product knowledge and general health, primarily over the counter medications for common sickness and injuries.
I've also gained experience with absorbing a lot of information quickly and passing it on efficiently to customers - I was employed after the second lockdown in Tauranga, in pharmacy we had continuous new information about medications, vaccinations, and the changes in the limitations of services pharmacists could provide to the public.
On the retail aspects of this job I learned merchandise displays, including sign making for the business.
I've also learnt a basic understanding on the operations of inward goods.
Through Green Cross Health I also obtained NZQA level 3 and level 4 Retail management certificates.

Barista
Bayfair Starbucks
01.2020 - 12.2022
I worked at Starbucks Bayfair for over a year and the mall rushes I have experienced there have prepared me for any workload.
I have learnt how to make good coffee, and make great connections with customers.
The tight knit team that works there has enhanced my ability to be a supportive and contributing team member.
Volunteer
Casita
02.2021 - 05.2021
Company Overview: Casita is an organisation devoted to the growth and development of people with disabilities as well as providing respite care focusing on work experiences and life skills.
This is an amazing store that I liked to contribute to on my days off; by helping those learning life skills, running the till, and keeping the store stocked and clean.
I also helped out my mother who sells her own creations there and helped the students in the Special Needs department of Otumoetai College create things to sell also.

Crew Trainer
11th Avenue McDonalds
02.2018 - 12.2020
I gained plenty of experience with customer service, cash handling, food safety, work safety, multitasking, and how to work efficiently with other staff.
In August 2019 I was Promoted to 'Crew Trainer' with the skills to train new employees and ensure other staff followed correct procedure.
This particular restaurant is located in a very busy part of Tauranga so I had experience working during stressful and fast paced environments while still serving good products and maintaining great customer service.
Cafe Work
ASB ARENA
01.2017 - 12.2017
This was my first work experience - Volunteering in a busy cafe during a high school sport tournament.
I had no prior training, I adapted and quickly learnt to use a till, serve and cater to customers, restock food cabinets, and clear tables.
