Danielle Hina-Ferris

Currently I am the manager of Lumino Feilding Dental. I have worked my way up from being a chairside assistant to Practice Coordinator. At this role I handle the main office, invoicing, ACC payments, ordering, assisting patients, emails and phone handling. Along side those duties I also manage the practice and the staff members as well. This position has helped me to develop new tech skills and has helped me to learn the importance of health and safety due to working in the medical field. While being in the manager role it has helped me to learn how to handle difficult situations with team members and un happy patients. Finding ways to resolve the situation and to help move forward. Has also helped me in many ways to assist people of all ages and diversity and to have patience when it comes to assisting

This was a part time job while I looked for full time. During my time there I was to deliver food and help prepare the food. This position helped me to gain costumer service skills and multitasking skills.

This was a part time job while I was studying at High School. My responsibility for this role was to work the front of house and help serve customers. I also helped in the kitchen to prepare food. This role helped me to improve my customer service ability and the importance of health and safety while dealing with food.
