Hi i'm Carter and over the years i've been working i've upskilled throughout multiple industries, and believe my work experience has provided me to excell into a new work environment that will benefit the company. I believe my professional manufacturing skills brings experience in production and fabrication operation. I am results-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. I believe that others would describe me as a highly-motivated employee with a desire to take on new challenges. I have a strong work ethic, adaptability, and exceptional interpersonal skills. I'm adept at working effectively unsupervised and quickly mastering new skills. With that I am looking for a full-time position within the company. What I can bring to the company is an organized and motivated individual, who's eager to utilize time management and organizational skills across diverse settings. Therefore, with all the experience I have received over the years I know that I am experienced in fast-paced environments and adaptable to last-minute changes.
