Working independently, I am responsible for;

· Processing all online orders, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

· Manage customer communications, addressing product queries, backorders, ETAs, cancellations, and refunds.

· Oversee Mico Bathrooms outlet on TradeMe, listing items from warehouse and branch stock, managing sales.

· Enhanced listing accuracy on TradeMe, increasing user trust.

Always finding way to improve customer satisfaction and create customer leading experiences.

In this role I still support the team from the previous role daily.

First point of call for all Mico and Placemakers branches nationally, working in a team of 2.

· Handle branch inquiries via phone/email, ensuring timely responses and efficient issue resolution.

· Managing order queries stock checks, back orders, ETAs and urgent orders.

· Worked with warehouse team to expedite urgent orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Assisted team in daily office tasks, enhancing operational efficiency.

· Processed freight claims.

· Managed portfolios for 10 children, creating monthly learning stories and snippets tailored to interests.

· Planned and executed 3 monthly activities aligned with room topics, enhancing child engagement.

· Developed wall documentation to visually support monthly educational themes.

· Transitioned from part-time trainee to full-time qualified teacher, demonstrating commitment and growth.

· Elevated child learning by innovating educational activities monthly.

· Transformed classroom visuals to enhance thematic learning, aiding child comprehension.
