In my current role in trade sales, I assist customers by guiding them through our product options and providing information to help them make decisions. My responsibilities also include telesales, preparing quotes, and organising deliveries across the country. I also support the yard team during busy periods to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Forklift operator, focused on loading and unloading trucks. This role had me working closely with the dispatch, factory and inwards goods departments to manage stock levels and customer deliveries.

Customer services role where I worked with account managers and customers directly to fulfil their needs. This included telesales, procurement of non-standard materials, coordination of multiple orders from different suppliers, processing purchase orders and the development and maintenance of construction schedules.

I was responsible for customer service and staff management in the Trade department. This involved collating timber orders, dealing directly with customers, operating a variety of machinery, training new staff and managing existing staff.
