Over 10 years experience in Commercial Furniture, I am looking for a challenging new role. I am a highly driven individual who likes to finish jobs efficiently and to a high standard. Through my work experiences I have gained many skills. Account Manager, Management, organization and problem solving, working under pressure, communication and multiple CRM systems. I am very passionate on improving myself as well as the company I work for.
Manager of our Sales Support team and Estimating team. Responsibilities include creating tenders/proposals, sales quotations, liaising with clients and suppliers, collaborating with colleagues. Ensuring we meet deadlines and meet the client’s expectations. Team management including distributing the teams’ workload, managing leave requirements, training team members.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients. Site visits as well as showroom presentations providing solutions and recommendations. Providing support to director/s managers for new systems as well as supporting to growth in the Australian market.
Throughout the years I started from Admin, Sales & Operations Manager, Warehouse manager & Project Manager.
Core responsibilities included handling of projects secured by the Sales team. Placing orders for stock locally and internationally and ensuring they arrive to schedule. Communication with clients, suppliers, freight companies and colleagues. Work to a high standard to meet the client’s requirements in the given timeframe.
Team of 15+. Responsible for recruiting, maintaining ISO and Health & Safety standards, upskilling workers, building and vehicle maintenance, arrival of containers from overseas, company rebranding. Ordering products via SAP system from international suppliers in China, Malaysia and USA. Maintenance of sales, marketing, stock control and shipping reports. Priced and prepared quotes, purchase orders and contract files for clients. Coordinated all logistics, shipping documentation and delivery dates.
Responsible for local stock orders and ensuring client orders are picked correctly. This experience helped me gain knowledge in our product and how the factory and suppliers operate allowing me to be an effective Project Manager later in my journey.
