Summary

I am a highly driven Technician, able to use my skills in a situation no matter the pressure to provide support and achieve an solution to a problem. I would describe myself as a very fast learner, able to provide an option or potential solution on a topic I do not have much experience with. I have a developed a good eye for seeking out inefficiencies in a system and paired with my ability to understand a system (even administrative), be able to make positive change.

I have been a leader within my space for most of my career in the Royal New Zealand Navy, acting as a leader of small and large teams, and more recently a leader of team leaders. In this time I have had to deal with interpersonal problems within in my team and directed out of my team, and have always been able to resolve the situation professionally and with empathy.
