I have decided to embark on a new journey. My decision to retire from the building industry stems from a desire to explore fresh avenues and embrace new challenges. Throughout my career, I have remained dedicated and passionate, traits that have fueled my motivation to succeed in every endeavour I undertake.

With more than 20 years of professional playing and coaching experience and 14 years of business ownership, I bring a diverse set of capabilities and expertise to the table.

• Building a new home is a stressful experience, my focus was to make it as stress-free as possible for each client
• Used technology and the "personal touch" to keep clients informed every step of the way about their new homes.

• Continuously evaluated how the business could deliver a client's new home, with their chosen products, in a every changing supply environment.
• Altered how "we did business" to offset the supply delays that we affecting the industry.
• The extra costs the business incurred were offset by the ability to complete a client's home, on time.

• 1993 - 1996, Turners and Growers Produce Market - Sourced fresh vegetables from growers to supply Supermarkets and other fresh vegetable resellers. Negotiated the buy price from growers and the sale price to resellers
