  • Achieved an average of 27% sales growth in the second year and 21% in the third year, despite an average 20% footfall drop in both years. We were the only store with growth in 2018.
  • Increased average ATV by $22 in second year and $5 in year 3. ATV on average was $178 which was $25 above Australia and New Zealand average.
  • Consistently competed with and achieved more than the 10 Australian stores on the majority of KPI’s..
  • Created and introduced KPI Trackers which led to more effective reporting to head office.
