I have always had a passion for sport, science and working as part of a team. From this early exposure to exercise in the forms of various sport my interest for exercise quickly become the only thing that I wanted to pursue as a career option as I realised while studying Health Sciences in my first year of University. I am very willing to learn on my own account to draw on these passions so that I can be my very best trainer, coach and exercise professional I can be.
