- Experience in preparing management reports, budgets, business plans and cash flow analysis for various stakeholders.
- Variance analysis and cost control.
- Preparation of group financial statements and tax returns. (To Audit standard.)
- Supervision of junior team members on client work plus review of team member’s work.
- Experience in preparing IRFS accounts for large clients. (Differential Reporting)
- Accounting software used includes MYOB/Xero/Quick Books/Sol 6/MYOB AO/MYOB AE/Greentree/Microsoft Navision and Dolphin BMM.
- Power BI – Sales Analysis and Customer Profitability and pricing analysis.
- OCR invoice Reader (Rossum) set up for Hotels and Cars. Fully automated process saved 3 FTE and 10 FTE across the group once implemented.
