- Worked towards creating a new feedback system for certain development teams, such as the Health and Wellbeing Team (counseling, Mana Ake (early intervention wellbeing support in schools), Mana Ka Rere), and the Young Parents Development Team (social work, group work, parenting with young parents)
- Communicated and managed times to meet with development team managers individually.
- Presented my ideas to the development teams, collaborating to create a feedback system that would work for the team and their clients.
- Identified needs vocalised by the teams promptly and efficiently to enhance feedback form.
- Maintained positive working relationship with fellow staff and management.
- Prepared reports summarising project progress and results for management review.
- Maintained accurate records of all activities performed throughout the internship period.
