  Gained extensive experience in the Maternity Ward, including Labour Ward, Nursery, and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
• Unit Manager – Parklands Hospital, Durban (2003–2007)
  Appointed as the Unit Manager for the newly commissioned Paediatric Ward. Oversaw all aspects of ward management and contributed to the hospital's overall operations when required.
• NICU Setup and Operations – Ethekwini Hospital and Heart Centre
  Played a key role in setting up and commissioning the NICU at this newly opened hospital.
• Registered Nurse – St Augustine’s Hospital (Maternity and NICU)
  Returned to Maternity and later transitioned to the NICU, gaining further specialized experience.
