• Support resident's with all their relevant health care needs, including diabetic management, stroke and brain injury patients and those diagnosed with Multiple Scoliosis.
• Attend all health related appointments such as GP reviews, eye clinic, and DPH appointments.
• Oversee and assist with Rehab and exercise programs along side Occupational and Physio therapists.
• Support residents to access the community for outings and activities.
• Minor wound care management, referring major wound care to District nursing.
• Support other house managers when needed.
• Collaborated with the healthcare team to address residents needs and improve service delivery.
• Review and complete long term care plans.
• Educate resident's on wellness strategies to improve long-term health outcomes.

• Observe and document residents factors such as diets, physical activity levels, and behaviours to understand conditions and effectively modify treatment plans.
• On call for a week every six week dealing with any medical or staffing issues that arise outside normal work hours.
• Oversee a team of up to 15 staff including rosters and education.
• Manage health and safety, cleaning, maintenance and equipment needs within the residents home.
• Complete monthly Audits.
