Managed to keep the store each week as the top store (by sales amount) in the NZ region. Oversaw all aspects of store operations, such as inventory management, rostering, payroll, and shrinkage control.
· Leadership & Development: Led, trained, and mentored a team of 12 (Ops and Retail) to foster a high-performance culture. Conducted regular coaching sessions, Recruitment, performance reviews and enhancing team product knowledge and customer service skills, resulting in an 8.5-9/10 rating in staff help every week by delivering a premium shopping experience aligned with Country Road Group's luxury service standards.
· Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation: Oversaw the smooth execution of monthly launches and weekly refreshes as per the company's guidelines. Ensured the store presentation standards remained prestigious at all times, and ranked as the top store in the NZ region to receive a 10/10 store look and feel rating from customers.

· Sales & KPI Performance: Led the store to consistently exceed or meet sales targets by optimizing product placements and customer engagement strategies.
· Team Leadership & Training: Managed and developed a team of 17 employees (Ops and Retail), providing coaching and performance feedback that improved staff productivity and customer service excellence.
· Customer Experience: Ensured a premium and luxury experience by training staff on one-on-one styling, upselling techniques, and personalized customer service to meet or exceed the traffic conversion targets.
· Visual Merchandising: Executed monthly visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand guidelines, resulting in an increase in sales growth from targeted locations in-store.

Annual sales turnover: $3 million - $3.8 million.
· People, leadership, and training: Led a team of 38 to 40 members, including crew and shift/department managers. Managed their training, performance reviews, and development plans.
· Compliance: Conducted and signed off on Daily, Monthly, and Quarterly Food Safety checklists, as well as Health & Safety reports. Have a strong understanding of compliance completions, and have had the restaurant pass all yearly audits from the Head Office. I have also managed strict compliance guidelines during COVID.
· Payroll and Admin: Proven results of on-time payroll and admin work, with few to no breaches in terms of payroll and schedules. Maintained all staff files. Full understanding and compatibility in using Maxtel as payroll software.
· Financial Performance: Designed and implemented action plans to achieve targets from the cost of stock and wages, without compromising minimum restaurant standards. Reported back to the Operational Manager every week and month on store KPIs, as well as financial performance.
· Business Planning and Sales: Conducted management and staff meetings every week and month to review restaurant results. I have designed and implemented action plans to execute monthly and quarterly promotions, including setting targets for the launch, training, delegation, and completion of tasks among the restaurant team.
