I like to think I'm in touch with the girls animal health and welfare. I have good mastitis detection skills, identifying lame cows. ( we get a hoof trimmer in for this as it was more time and cost effective to do so). But I can do lame cows

I detected our heifers had an issue due to an unexplained number (10) randomly had spontaneous fractures.

I picked up on a salmonella out break early with confirmation from vets.with minimal losses.

I am quiet around stock and know how to handle them
