In my roles in the property and retail industry, I've become known for my ability to troubleshoot critical issues. I'm a people person who goes the extra mile for my clients. For the last 19 years I've been involved in the property industry and currently own my own property management business MTM Property Management Ltd. Before this, I worked as the Business Development Manager for Ray White SuperCity Property Management Ltd which was a family-owned and operated business. Before this, I was the National Sales Manager and Retail Sales Manager for women's fashion label Ricochet Clothing. I traveled nationwide, visited retail stores, promoted the label, and brought a significant number of new clients on board. In my Business Development role at SuperCity Property Management was consistently in the top 10 for growth Ray White nationally. Personally, I achieved and surpassed targets for new customers throughout my time as the Business Development Manager. I do this by working closely with our current sales teams and building relationships both inside and outside our business. I'm driven, always act with professionalism and am a firm believer in training and development, both personally and professionally. I believe that market knowledge and experience is vital and continue to research and keep up to date with market trends. I enjoy networking and have a vast range of contacts within the property management industry. I am a motivated business professional bringing almost 20 years years of entrepreneurial experience. Skill Summary

I have developed a vast range of skills and experience/networks within the property sector and retail industry. My experience in Property Management has also taught me to be extremely well organised, resolve problems (often in stressful situations) and to work with many different personalities. I am an extremely motivated person. I am not a 9 to 5, Monday - Friday person. I will work when required and am not afraid to put the hours in to get the results. I am very energetic and outgoing, and have many friends and business associates.My skills include: problem solving, communication (written and verbal), management of people and teams, mentoring and sales. My specialties include: real estate/property management, retail recruitment and training, sales and client relationship management. My experience includes: promotion and sales, managing property, wholesale and retail, networking, cold calling, promotional work and public speaking.I have used several different property management systems including Palace, REST and Console.

When I get free time I love to keep fit and enjoy running, walking and yoga. I'm also of course very passionate about the fashion and beauty industry and take a keen interest in new developments.
