I have a passion for reading novels and biographies and indulging in painting by numbers. I also love spending quality time with my family exploring this beautiful country. In addition, I have two adorable lop bunnies that keep me busy.

Additional Areas of Assistance

  • During April and May 2021, I assisted Margaret Vercoe with Learning and Development.
  • The Learning and Development coordinator role was being advertised and awaiting shortlisting. Until a new person was appointed, I offered to help Margaret with administrative tasks which included the Training Monthly Update Newsletter that is circulated to staff within Lakes DHB. All information within the document was updated.

Office Management/Support

I assisted Margaret Vercoe with requests and administrative tasks that I completed within the established timeframes. Relevant invoices were raised through FMIS and mail consolidated to ensure Margaret receives all training requests/documentation directed to her.

Co-ordination/Services

  • My role requires me to interact and collaborate with staff and other DHB's. I attend meetings with Union's and staff members. I attend face to face or via Zoom/teleconference.
  • I have previously worked within the Training environment at Sasol Synfuels assisting Training Practitioners with modules; data input; training matrix's; training/course reminders; arranging venue's and assist the relevant facilitator with all requirements for the training session.
  • I was also responsible in reminders to complete expired training.
  • I consider myself a great listener and an asset to my team. I follow instructions and apply my knowledge to assist my colleagues. I build great relationships with staff and colleagues and I pride myself in building a rapport with everyone I work with.

I love diving into novels, biographies, and books on well-being.

Cycling through the Redwoods is one of my favourite pastimes.

Spending quality time with my family and exploring the beauty of this country brings me so much joy.
