I ushered people into different performances for Tauranga Arts Festival, making them feel welcomed and comfortable. I greeted them, showed them where to sit and checked tickets. I was also part of the clean up effort.

I casually babysat a for one family. I made food for the child and I entertained him by putting on a movie as well as reading to him when I put him to bed. I took care of his emotional needs by also comforting him when he was afraid of thunder and I looked after a scratch he had gotten from his cat. I talked with him and I kept positive communication with his mother.
