I have 3 years of knowledge and experience from working as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Noel Leeming. During that time I completed multiple customer service training modules, and can confidently manage a wide range of customers. Alongside that, I have prior experience using retail processing software. Due to my degree and personal experience, I'm also proficient in using a variety of technical software, and will learn/adapt easily. I'm very sociable and am able to get along with new people quickly, allowing me to build good relationships with customers and coworkers in short time periods.
In my free time, I enjoy staying active through the gym, running, and playing or watching sports, especially Formula 1 and basketball. I love spending quality time with friends and family and meeting new people and building friendships. I'm also passionate about fashion and music, with a strong interest in tech and gaming.
